Project Description: Design of a new residence with site design and landscape integration.
Architectural Initiatives: The project site is a beautiful tree lined street property in the historic district of East Hampton Village. As the client had earlier purchased a neighboring property, the project was developed with the feeling of an estate compound including the main house with pool terraces, pool house, garage, and guest house. This feeling is emphasized in the landscape and planting design which unifies the separate properties into a cohesive composition. The aesthetic development of the building’s interior and exterior expression is reflective of the surrounding architectural context and heritage.
